Structural Issues (ST)
According to site inspection, we can be sure that the structural
system has no defect or deterioration gained during the last period.
This is very clean as the type of structure implemented in this
hospital is composite steel frame and concrete deck. No settlements
happened to the foundation, as no major cracks appeared in walls.
All that happened is penetration of rain water from weak roof
points, damaging the false ceiling and down pipe outlets.
